Professional Laboratory Use Magnetic Stirrer Hot Plate Digital Adjustable Speed

HS-8 series heating magnetic stirrers all use counterclockwise brushless motors, 5L stirring volume and 160*160mm ceramic-coated aluminum plate. HS-8 is knob-controlled, 300W, heating up to 280℃ without temperature probe support. HS-8C uses knob+digital screen, 500W, max heating 310℃ and PT1000 probe for accurate temperature control. HS-8Pro adds 1min–12h timing function on the basis of HS-8C. All models support AC110/220V input. Featuring large stirring volume, anti-corrosion panel and precise temperature control, they apply to chemistry, pharmacy, biology and cosmetic labs.

    HS-8, HS-8C and HS-8Pro are large-capacity laboratory heating magnetic stirrers powered by brushless motors. All three models rotate counterclockwise, equipped with a 160×160mm work plate made of ceramic-coated aluminum alloy. The maximum stirring capacity reaches 5 liters for all versions. They share AC110/220 universal dual voltage and uniform outer dimensions of 28518090mm. The aluminum alloy base brings excellent thermal conductivity, while the ceramic coating delivers great resistance to acids, alkalis and chemical solvents. Powerful magnetic force ensures stable rotation of stir bars without floating or jumping during high-volume stirring. The three models differ in operation methods, speed range, heating capacity, temperature detection function and timing feature to match diverse lab experimental requirements.

    Differences Between Three Models

    HS-8 is the basic knob-controlled model. Its stirring speed ranges from 200rpm to 1500rpm with no timing function supported. The heating temperature can rise from room temperature up to 280℃, with rated power of 300W. It does not support PT1000 temperature probe access and independent liquid temperature control. This cost-effective unit fits regular heating and stirring experiments that do not require precise liquid temperature monitoring.

    HS-8C adopts knob adjustment paired with digital display. Its adjustable speed covers 50rpm to 1500rpm, enabling low-speed gentle stirring. Heating can reach up to 310℃, with power upgraded to 500W. This model supports PT1000 temperature probes. It realizes accurate temperature control, with liquid temperature precision of ±1℃ and plate temperature precision of ±3℃. Timing function is unavailable, making it suitable for high-temperature experiments requiring real-time temperature reading and precise temperature control.

    HS-8Pro is the premium model combining digital display, buttons and knobs for flexible operation. It keeps the same 50–1500rpm speed range, maximum heating temperature of 310℃ and 500W power as HS-8C, and also works with PT1000 probes with identical temperature control accuracy. The biggest highlight is the built-in timing function ranging from 1 minute to 12 hours, which meets demands of long-time constant-temperature stirring reactions.
