Lab High Quality Heating Mantle Round Bottom Flask Heater with Stirring
The Heating Mantle series includes HM, HMC, HMS and HMSC models with volumes from 100ml to 20L. It supports independent heating or heating combined with magnetic stirring. Digital temperature display & control is available for selected models. Heating power ranges 100W–2400W, with working temperature up to 380°C. It delivers even, gentle heating for round-bottom flasks, extensively adopted in laboratory heating, reflux and reaction experiments.
This series of heating mantles is designed for laboratory round-bottom flask heating applications, available in capacities ranging from 100 ml to 20 L. Four model variants satisfy different experimental requirements:
- HM: Basic heating function
- HMC: Heating with digital display & temperature control
- HMS: Heating integrated with magnetic stirring
- HMSC: Heating + magnetic stirring with digital temperature display and control
Heating power varies according to volume from 100W up to 2400W. Two temperature ranges are supported: RT~380°C for basic models and RT~300°C for digital controlled versions.
Featuring rapid warming and stable temperature performance, the heating mantle provides uniform heating to avoid local overheating of samples. It is widely used for distillation, extraction, digestion and other constant-temperature heating experiments in chemistry, biology and pharmaceutical laboratories.
