9. Independent central 5th wheel system: Control pedals are installed on both sides of the stretcher. When the central 5th wheel is retracted, the stretcher moves freely. When deployed, it enters straight-line travel mode (pedal ground clearance: 105mm for better passability). It counteracts inertial force during transport, effectively controls travelling direction and improves transportation safety.
