This infant incubator features dual protection for the heating source via thermocouple and mechanical temperature switch. Equipped with reliable Honeywell UK sensors and a 2-channel temperature probe, it monitors hood temperature, humidity as well as newborn’s core and peripheral body temperature in real time. Adopting advanced air circuit design, it achieves temperature uniformity within 0.5°C; the double-wall structure with air curtain reduces heat loss while opening the access panel. It applies PID fuzzy algorithm for precise temperature control. Optional configurations include lifting stand, X-ray cassette (avoids moving baby during X-ray), 7-day data-storable weight scale, height & angle adjustable observation lamp with 3 brightness levels, LED phototherapy light, integrated SpO2 and pulse monitoring, 8-inch LCD touch screen, and O2 servo control system built with key European components from Norgren, Camozzi and City to ensure stable, accurate and safe oxygen supply.

Heating Source Dual Protection

With the incorporation of a thermocouple and mechanical temperature switch, the heating system’s heating source is safeguarded simultaneously.

Reliable Sensor Module

Real-time monitoring of hood temperature and humidity is achieved through sensors from Honeywell UK. Additionally, a 2-channel temperature probe is utilized to simultaneously monitor the newborn’s core temperature and peripheral temperature.

Lifting stand (Optional)

Adjust the infant incubator’s height based on the operator’s convenience.

Advance air circuit design

Minimize the temperature uniformity less than 0.5°C.

Double wall with air curtain

Reduce the heating loss when open the access panel.

X-Ray cassette (Optional)

X-ray cassette is positioned under the baby tray, eliminating the need to move the baby during X-ray examinations.

PID Fuzzy Algorithm

PID algorithm continuously calculates an error value as the difference between setting temperature and real time temperature and applies a correction based on proportion, integral and derivative terms.

Integrated Spo2 monitoring (Optional)

Real time monitoring the Spo2 and pulse rate of newborns.

Touch screen (Optional)

8 inch LCD touch screen, enhancing convenience for operation and improving visibility of information from a distance.

O2 servo control and monitoring (Optional)
