The RM-4Max horizontal roller mixer is a large-size rolling homogenizer developed for mixing big laboratory reagent bottles, adopting stable horizontal rolling movement to achieve gentle, uniform liquid blending. It avoids intense shaking and prevents splashing of large-volume liquid samples.

Features：

It is equipped with digital display and button control for easy operation. Users can freely adjust rotation speed and set mixing time precisely. The rotation speed ranges continuously from 20 rpm to 80 rpm. The timing function covers 1 minute to 23 hours and 59 minutes, supporting short-time quick mixing and long-term rolling incubation. An anti-lock mechanical structure is built in to protect the motor from stalling caused by uneven load or jamming, ensuring stable long-running performance.

Loading & Compatibility：

This model has 4 rollers with a centre distance of 68 mm. It accommodates containers with diameters between 45 mm and 100 mm. The maximum load is two 1L reagent bottles with a total weight of 2 kg, perfectly matching large reagent bottles, storage bottles and wide-mouth lab bottles that standard roller mixers cannot hold.

The instrument runs on 25W rated power with universal AC 100–240V wide voltage input, compatible with global laboratory power supply. Its dimension is 440255105 mm, occupying limited bench space.
