Customizable OEM Laboratory Centrifuge Tube Blood Roller Mixer for Lab Test Instrument

The Roller Mixer is a laboratory rolling homogenization device specially designed for gentle blending of liquid samples in centrifuge tubes. Adopting swing rolling and high-low axis motion, it achieves uniform mixing without severe violent shaking, ideal for blood samples, biological reagents, cell suspensions and other sensitive specimens. Two models (RM-6Pro with 6 rollers and RM-8Pro with 8 rollers) are available to meet different sample throughput demands.

• Digital Button Control: Equipped with digital display and physical buttons, users can visually check and accurately set running speed and countdown time for repeatable experiments.
• Wide Adjustable Speed: Rotation speed is continuously adjustable from 20 rpm to 80 rpm, covering low-speed soft blending and medium-speed thorough mixing scenarios.
• Precision Timing Function: Timing range spans 1 minute to 23 hours and 59 minutes, supporting short-term quick mixing and long-duration continuous rolling mixing.
• Anti-jam Structure: Built-in anti-lock mechanical design prevents motor stalling caused by uneven tube weight or foreign jamming, protecting the drive system for long-term stable operation.

 Compatibility & Load Capacity

• Accommodates tubes with outer diameters from 6 mm to 34 mm, compatible with common test tubes and 50 mL centrifuge tubes. The center distance between rollers is fixed at 34 mm for stable tube placement.
• Maximum loading capacity: RM-6Pro holds up to 10 pieces of 50 mL centrifuge tubes (total weight 0.5 kg); RM-8Pro supports 14 pieces of 50 mL centrifuge tubes (total weight 0.7 kg).
